Renting a Photo Booth can raise various questions. To prepare you for your booking in the best way, we have put together a rental guide for your guidance:
Take your time to browse our website. If you are not sure which product fits best for your event, we can recommend checking out our digital consultant. After only four questions you will receive a recommendation for your event. Once you have decided on your desired Photo Booth model, you are welcome to send us a non-binding request. We will check if your desired model is available for your event date and get back to you as soon as possible with a non-binding offer.
After that, you can also edit your offer individually. The advantage is that you do not have to wait for a response from us but can immediately create your updated version. If you want to accept the offer and book your desired Photo Booth model, you can also do this conveniently online. You will find the link to our booking form in your offer email or directly in your offer.
We will check the availability again and get back to you with an order confirmation and a deposit invoice. Please note that a 50% deposit is due after the invoice is issued. The deposit will not be refunded in case of a later cancellation. You can find our exact cancellation terms in our general terms and conditions, which we will send you with your offer. In addition to the order confirmation and the invoice, you will also receive your own login details to our image motif generator. You can design your photos according to your ideas.
A few weeks in prior to your event, we will send you our detailed agreement which is necessary for all planning-relevant details to prepare your Photo Booth model in the best way. If you have booked a Photo Booth with self-collection or shipping, you will also receive a few important instructions. When we have received all relevant details, we are ready for your event! After the event, we will send you the final invoice and your online gallery. All photos are digitally available, and you can either download the photos or forward the link to your guests.
