Information:

If there is no power connection at the photo booth location, we will need to run the power cable to the nearest connection above the floor. The cable will be secured with gaffer tape or cable bridges. This can be avoided by connecting the power supply directly to the photo booth, which is also more visually appealing in terms of stand design. Power supply = One standard german socket

You have chosen to have our model set up outdoors. Please note that the photo booth or photo machine may only be set up indoors and may only be set up outdoors in consultation with us. The prerequisite for this is complete protection against weather conditions. A canopy or umbrella is not sufficient; at least a pavilion with side walls must be available. If adequate preparations have not been made, our logistics staff will find a suitable location on site.

Information

We require an exhibitor pass from you, as we need access to the exhibition grounds every day before the start of the fair for our check-up. A ticket for all days is usually not sufficient, as it only allows access from the start of the fair. Please send us this pass in advance by mail so that we can add it to the order documents in logistics.
